Cooked is an independent brand and platform, operated entirely separately from First Class Gamba (“FCG”). FCG is not owned, operated, or controlled by Cooked, nor does it act as Cooked's agent or representative.
All gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, balances, verification, account management, and customer support are the sole responsibility of Cooked. First Class Gamba is a rewards club that operates its own player rewards program. These rewards are provided by FCG, subject to FCG's own terms and conditions, and are not provided, endorsed, administered, or guaranteed by Cooked.
Any disputes, payment, verification, or account issues relating to your Cooked account must be raised directly with Cooked customer support. First Class Gamba cannot manage, control, or make decisions regarding your Cooked account and is not involved in Cooked account matters.
In the event of any discrepancy, translation error, or confusion between language versions, the English terms, conditions, and statements of First Class Gamba shall prevail.
